Lead the growth engine for a forward-thinking SaaS company focused on pricing and product optimization. As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the entire demand lifecycle—from first touch to expansion—designing and executing strategies that generate measurable pipeline impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a comprehensive demand generation strategy for enterprise clients, covering channel selection, budget planning, experimentation, and performance tracking
- Execute and scale campaigns across paid channels including LinkedIn Ads, search, and social, as well as organic efforts like email, SEO, and answer engine optimization
- Define audience segmentation models tailored to B2B enterprise accounts, ensuring precise targeting and messaging
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations to meet pipeline goals and align marketing efforts with revenue outcomes
- Build and refine nurture sequences that support long sales cycles and drive account expansion through re-engagement
- Optimize conversion paths across the funnel, identifying and removing friction points from initial contact to closed-won deals
- Manage attribution, reporting, and forecasting—tracking key metrics like CPSQL and conversion rates to inform strategic decisions
- Scale automated marketing workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring clean data, intelligent account prioritization, and seamless operations
- Integrate AI tools across the marketing stack to enhance personalization, segmentation, testing, and operational speed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B growth or demand generation, preferably within SaaS or high-velocity startups
- Proven success running LinkedIn Ads with a focus on pipeline generation, not just lead volume
- Experience managing demand budgets and delivering against pipeline KPIs
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel modeling, and diagnosing performance bottlenecks
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce platforms
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing workflows and automation tools
- Self-starter mentality—you take initiative, own outcomes, and act decisively
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher) for written and verbal communication
