About the Role
This role is responsible for driving measurable growth by building and optimizing systems that improve user activation, retention, and conversion. The engineer will collaborate across teams to identify opportunities, run experiments, and implement scalable solutions that directly impact business metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate growth hypotheses
- Develop and maintain analytics pipelines for user behavior tracking
- Collaborate with product and design teams to launch onboarding improvements
- Identify friction points in user journeys and implement technical fixes
- Optimize conversion funnels across web and mobile platforms
- Build internal tools to empower growth experimentation
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on growth initiatives
- Improve SEO and referral mechanisms through technical enhancements
- Scale backend systems to support increased user volume
- Integrate third-party services to expand growth capabilities
- Lead technical aspects of growth roadmap execution
- Ensure data accuracy in tracking and reporting systems
- Conduct root cause analysis on metric fluctuations
- Mentor other engineers in growth-focused development practices
- Evaluate new technologies for potential impact on user acquisition
