EX Squared is seeking a Senior Group Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and execution. You will be responsible for guiding product direction, aligning stakeholders, and delivering impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy
- Lead product planning, prioritization, and roadmap development
- Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver products
- Conduct market and user research to inform product decisions
- Analyze product performance and iterate based on data and feedback
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in product management, including leadership roles
- Proven ability to develop product strategy and translate it into execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception to launch
