Admind is looking for a Project Manager to manage cross-disciplinary complex projects in graphic, digital design, and branding. You will deliver projects end-to-end from brief and planning through execution and final delivery, working within a creative agency environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage cross-disciplinary complex projects in graphic, digital design and branding (such as brand identity implementation and transformation, marketing and employer branding campaigns, events, and digital product design)
- Deliver projects end-to-end from brief and planning through execution and final delivery
- Translate high-level or ambiguous briefs into clear, structured project plans
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including creatives, designers, strategists, technologists, producers, and external vendors
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, change requests, and project profitability
- Lead status meetings, steering meetings, and delivery reviews
- Proactively gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
- Generate accurate reports and status notifications
- Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Account Executive, or in a similar role
- Experience managing diverse project types, including events, digital, technology-driven, and content-based initiatives
- Solid experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex corporate environments
- Confidence in mediating between competing interests and navigating organizational politics with professionalism
- Ability to communicate clearly and calmly, even in high-pressure or ambiguous situations
- Take full ownership of your projects and client relationships
- Experience working with international, corporate clients
- Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 minimum)

- Experience preferably in a branding, creative, advertising, marketing, communication, digital, or experience agency
