Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact print and digital assets, including presentations, for Market Access programs such as payer communications, value dossiers, product launches, and unbranded campaigns
  • Transform intricate scientific, economic, and healthcare access concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand visual narratives
  • Maintain precision, uniformity, and adherence to brand standards across all design outputs
  • Use in-depth understanding of payer and managed markets audiences to inform creative direction
  • Collaborate in brainstorming and refining concepts in alignment with strategic goals and input from stakeholders
  • Suggest innovative layouts, design systems, or visual strategies to improve message clarity and effectiveness
  • Work closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Integrate feedback from medical, legal, and regulatory reviewers with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build strong working relationships across teams through clear communication and dependable performance
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently with limited oversight
  • Take full responsibility for design workstreams from initial concept to final production

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials in support of Market Access initiatives (e.g., payer marketing, value tools, launch materials, unbranded/abovebrand campaigns)
  • Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables
  • Apply knowledge of Market Access and Managed Markets audiences to creative decision making
  • Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback
  • Proactively propose new approaches, layouts, or visual systems to enhance clarity and impact
  • Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief
  • Incorporate medical/legal/regulatory feedback accurately and efficiently
  • Build trust and credibility with cross-functional colleagues through strong communication and reliability
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams from concept through production
