Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Google Workspace environments at scale
- Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance
- Implement and monitor security controls and compliance policies
- Automate administrative tasks and workflows using scripting tools
- Troubleshoot complex issues across domains and user groups
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce best practices
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes within Workspace
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations and procedures
- Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Evaluate and deploy new Google Workspace features securely
Nice to Have
- Google Workspace certification or related credentials
- Experience with enterprise-scale identity platforms
- Knowledge of SAML and OAuth protocols
- Prior work in financial or regulated industries
- Track record of leading technical projects
