Beacon Biosignals is hiring a Senior Go-To-Market Engineer (Sr. Revenue Operations Manager). This role is vital for supporting our growth with life sciences, clinical diagnostics, and healthcare partners. You will own our commercial systems end-to-end, selecting and integrating tools, building automations, and generating data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary steward of our GTM tech stack, including CRM, engagement, and analytics tools. You will architect, document, and evolve how these tools integrate, maintaining system reliability.
- Design, prototype, and scale AI-enabled automation workflows across demand generation, pipeline acceleration, expansion, and retention motions.
- Build dashboards, attribution frameworks, executive reporting, and pipeline analytics to support funnel activities and generate actionable recommendations.
- Create data models for scoring and propensity, then translate them into operational workflows to promote a data-first mindset.
- Serve as the bridge between commercial teams and technology, helping non-technical stakeholders adopt and extend our GTM systems.
- Partner with Business Development, Finance, and Legal to support systems for tracking deals, contracts, invoicing, revenue recognition, renewals, and billing.
- Embed commercial systems into program management and clinical trial delivery, such as contract tracking, handoff workflows, and coordination between teams.
- Continuously scan for operational bottlenecks, own diagnostic sprints, and iterate on workflows that drive impact.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a technical, data-driven individual contributor within go-to-market or revenue operations.
- Expertise in selecting, integrating, and maintaining core GTM systems like CRM, engagement tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong ability to design and implement automation and data models that translate into operational workflows.
- Experience building dashboards, attribution frameworks, and executive reporting for commercial teams.
- Skill in bridging technical systems with non-technical stakeholders across commercial and operational functions.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end system architecture and process improvement sprints.
