Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize end‑to‑end renewals workflows, ensuring timely creation, validation, and hygiene of renewal opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and oversee renewals queues, resolving data issues and supporting timely progression through sales stages.
- Partner with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure accurate renewal data.
- Support automation efforts and operational improvements across renewals processes, leveraging CRM and PRM tools and cross‑functional systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ) identifying opportunities for improvement where appropriate.
- Build and deliver reporting on renewal metrics including forecasted retention, churn risk, pipeline health, flat renewals, and upsell motions.
- Analyze customer renewal patterns and sales performance, providing insights to improve forecasting accuracy and renewal conversion rates.
- Work with Channel Operations to ensure renewal alignment across partner motions, distribution formats, and compliance requirements.
- Provide renewal playbook guidance and operational support to the field.
- Support the monthly close process and exception handling.
- Support the planning, territory design, and quota setting process.
- Support the preparation of periodic reviews like QBRs, monthly reviews, performance management meetings, pipeline and forecasting.
- Support sales enablement initiatives, working with sales leadership and sales enablement to ensure needs of sales teams and partners are fulfilled.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commissions, Legal to support the rhythm of the business.
- Occasional travel may be required.
