DEPT® is hiring a Senior Global PR/Marketing Program Manager

About the Role

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and drives impact through strategic execution. The ideal candidate connects marketing and sales, owns campaign delivery and content operations, and champions efficiency across a global team. With autonomy and access to leadership, they will help shape how a values-driven organization grows and innovates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global go-to-market execution by shaping strategy, validating messaging, and ensuring timely delivery across regions and channels
  • Design and manage end-to-end integrated campaigns spanning content, digital, SEO, paid media, and events, aligning regional teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain momentum by proactively following up, identifying roadblocks early, enforcing accountability, and safeguarding deadlines
  • Exercise strong editorial judgment — provide precise feedback on content and copy, and contribute directly when urgency demands
  • Bridge marketing and sales functions by understanding the full customer journey from awareness to sales-qualified leads and optimizing conversion points
  • Manage marketing budgets and performance reporting, analyzing spend and results to deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions
  • Oversee website and global content production, collaborating with writers, designers, SEO specialists, and developers to ensure quality and alignment
  • Identify operational gaps using data and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve inefficiencies
  • Promote efficient workflows and collaboration practices to keep a distributed marketing team agile, aligned, and forward-looking
