Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs independently and convert them into functional GIS workflows and systems
- Build and set up GIS platforms using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and mobile tools like Field Maps
- Resolve technical issues and adjust implementations with little oversight
- Assist in managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Utilize ArcGIS Pro for spatial analysis, data handling, and map creation
- Set up web-based maps, applications, and interactive dashboards through ArcGIS Online
- Customize and expand applications using Experience Builder
- Demonstrate strong design sense for geospatial visualization and user experience
- Help deploy and manage ArcGIS Enterprise environments
- Configure and maintain mobile data collection processes using Field Maps
- Create GIS data models that meet project and client specifications
- Handle spatial and tabular data, metadata, schema design, and quality assurance
- Support connecting GIS data with larger enterprise systems
- Develop automated processes using tools such as Python, ModelBuilder, or FME
- Increase productivity by automating routine geospatial tasks
- Build reusable tools, templates, and accelerators to improve project delivery
- Create detailed technical documentation for designs, workflows, and configurations
- Generate architecture and data flow diagrams for project support and knowledge transfer
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones including US, Europe, and APAC
- Engage in project planning, knowledge exchange, and cross-functional teamwork
- Support a global 'follow-the-sun' delivery approach
