Lead and deliver high-impact compliance, integrity, and forensic investigations across audit and assurance engagements. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating critical business risks using advanced analytics, AI tools, and a deep understanding of internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct forensic accounting and fraud investigations, delivering actionable insights to clients facing regulatory or reputational concerns
- Perform assessments of internal control systems and corporate governance practices
- Support assurance teams in evaluating financial reporting integrity and compliance frameworks
- Leverage AI and GenAI technologies to enhance investigative accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on dispute resolution and risk advisory services
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders in both Greek and English, both verbally and in writing
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Prior experience in external audit, financial reporting, or forensic accounting is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint—is required. A strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous learning is expected.
Preferred credentials include ACCA, ACA, JES, AMP, CIA, ACAMS, or CFE certifications. Demonstrated forensic accounting experience is highly valued.
