About the Role

A pioneering organization in developing validated medical-grade wearable solutions for measuring physical activity, sleep, and behavior patterns in global academic and pharmaceutical research communities seeks an Accounting & Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent management of business contracts with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational capabilities. The Senior FP&A Analyst will provide financial insights, forecasting precision, and analytical support to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with leaders in Accounting, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning - Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation across all departments - Develop financial models supporting revenue projections, expense trends, and scenario planning - Analyze business drivers and variances to enhance forecast accuracy Reporting & Analysis - Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly financial reports with variance and KPI analyses - Track and report SaaS and hardware metrics including ARR, gross margin, churn, and unit economics - Collaborate with Accounting to ensure reporting consistency Strategic Decision Support - Provide financial insights for pricing, resource allocation, and investment decisions - Conduct ROI analyses for initiatives, partnerships, and capital projects - Assist in executive and board presentation materials Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as finance business partner to improve budget accountability - Collaborate with teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and model financial impacts Systems & Process Improvement - Enhance FP&A tools and templates - Contribute to financial system integrations and automation projects - Support data governance and reporting standards refinement Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics - MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred - 5-7+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience - Advanced financial modeling skills - Proficiency in financial reporting systems and BI tools - Strong communication and analytical capabilities - High-growth technology sector experience preferred Benefits: - Casual work environment - Family-oriented workplace - Comprehensive paid time off - Extensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance - 401K with company match - Supplemental insurance options An equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, offering employment without discrimination.
