This position is seeking an Accounting Integration Specialist in the United States. You will directly manage integration escalations, optimize workflows, and deliver insights that elevate operational efficiency. Accountabilities: · Serve as the primary technical owner for all accounting and ERP integrations. · Troubleshoot and resolve complex sync, mapping, and data integrity issues across customer environments. · Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address systemic bugs, improve monitoring, and prevent recurrence. · Maintain deep expertise in supported ERP platforms and understand accounting transaction structures. · Conduct customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution (<48 hours for critical issues) and clear communication. · Develop internal documentation, knowledge bases, and conduct enablement sessions for Post-Sales teams. · Track integration performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve stability and efficiency. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in technical implementations, ERP/accounting integrations, or migrations. · Strong technical knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Dynamics. · Proven experience troubleshooting SaaS integrations or APIs, preferably in fintech or spend/expense platforms. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact. · Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams. · Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and/or SQL is preferred. · Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
