Lockheed Martin Canada is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to own Earned Value Management as a core component of financial and project oversight for our larger programs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all internal and external reporting on your assigned programs, delivering crucial analysis to Program Managers and Senior Business Operations leadership.
What You'll Do
- Generate program baselines and analyze Earned Value Management metrics for presentation to stakeholders at various levels.
- Provide comprehensive, accurate, and relevant financial analysis directly to Program Managers and Senior Business Operations staff.
- Monitor and report on cash, revenue, profit, and backlog for monthly, quarterly, and Long Range Plan cycles.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and issuance of customer invoices.
- Maintain cost system accuracy within SAP for all program costs incurred.
- Support the Program Manager and team in generating change proposals for pricing.
- Lead and support the development of annual Comprehensive Estimates at Complete.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all organizational levels.
- A proven record of delivering results on large Canadian or International Government Projects.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial management for large government programs.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- An advanced understanding of cost and schedule integration and Earned Value Management principles is required.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with MS Access is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP and Deltek (Cobra & Open Plan), as well as previous exposure to PSPC cost and profit guidelines, are assets.
