Énergir is hiring a Student for the Landowner Outreach Program to engage with landowners about the gas network on their property. You will be the key contact for updating information, securing legal agreements, and preparing materials for our grantor community.
What You'll Do
- Meet directly with easement landowners to inform them about the gas network presence on their property.
- Update and maintain accurate contact information for landowners.
- Facilitate the signing of required legal agreements and forms.
- Prepare and organize visits for grantors.
- Update grantor contact details using internal applications and software.
- Prepare Excel lists to coordinate mailings to grantors in Quebec and Ontario.
What We're Looking For
- Must be of legal working age and available for the full term of the role.
- Current full-time student status with a return to full-time studies in fall 2026.
- Full-time availability for the entire contract term.
- Ability to travel outside Montreal for stays longer than 24 hours as required for duties.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and the internet.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level.

This is a hybrid position. Primary locations include the Bureau d'Affaires de l'Estrie and various regions across Quebec.
