Énergir is looking for an Organizational Change Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor for a dedicated business sector. You will develop a deep understanding of human, organizational, and operational issues, ensuring the coherence and quality of all sector initiatives. This role is central to clarifying practices and improving team experience, often within a context of regulatory-driven transformations.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead human and organizational impact analyses, mobilizing key stakeholders to inform strategic project decisions.
- Assess change absorption capacity, risks, and impacts to recommend realistic and context-appropriate approaches.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, including communication, mobilization, and training plans.
- Provide advisory support to project leaders and committees to ensure alignment of directions, message coherence, and integration with sector priorities.
- Strengthen change governance, particularly by clarifying the roles and responsibilities of involved stakeholders.
- Support managers in developing their capacity to lead change through concrete tools and targeted coaching.
- Create meaning, foster buy-in, and support sustainable mobilization, even in contexts where impact is progressive.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in business administration, human resources, organizational psychology, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt change management approaches to the context, without a single or predefined solution.
- Ability to explain complex concepts (technological, financial, or organizational) and adapt messages for different audiences.
- Experience supporting projects with multiple, sensitive changes or subject to external constraints.
Nice to Have
- Recognized certification in change management.
