Transgrid is inviting graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Program, a two-year structured path to build a meaningful career in Australia's energy sector. Starting in February 2027, you will work on real projects that shape the nation's energy network, learn from industry experts, and contribute directly to our transition to renewable energy.
What You'll Do
- Gain hands-on experience working on real projects that shape Australia's energy network.
- Contribute to major infrastructure projects and the transition to renewable energy.
- Complete four 6-month rotations across different business areas during the two-year program.
- Explore career options in estimation, enterprise risk, resilience, project assurance, contracts, and commercial projects.
What We're Looking For
- Hold or be in the final year of a construction and/or project management degree.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold an eligible working visa.
- Have graduated or be graduating by January 2027.
- Be available to attend an in-person Assessment Centre in Ultimo between 4–8 May 2026.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in sustainability and social responsibility.
