Responsibilities
- Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
- Produce monthly financial reporting packages for senior management
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and operational metrics to identify trends
- Collaborate with department heads to assess financial performance
- Support strategic planning with detailed financial models
- Improve forecasting accuracy through data validation and process refinement
- Track key performance indicators and variance against projections
- Assist in the preparation of board and executive-level presentations
- Evaluate business performance using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Maintain financial modeling frameworks for scalability
- Ensure consistency in financial assumptions across departments
- Conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making under uncertainty
- Streamline reporting processes using automation tools
- Partner with accounting to reconcile planning data with actual results
- Translate financial outcomes into actionable business recommendations
- Support ad hoc financial inquiries from leadership teams
- Enhance data integrity through regular audits of financial inputs
- Develop dashboards to visualize financial and operational KPIs
- Contribute to process improvements in financial systems and tools
