NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst (Data) for our Decision Support department. In this role, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary finance team to analyze and optimize data integrity processes for the NYP Enterprise. Your core focus will be maintaining the data integrity of the Strata cost accounting system and supporting system upgrades and documentation.
What You'll Do
- Maintain data integrity of Strata, the hospital's cost accounting system, by performing regular data checks for all facilities.
- Perform routine database maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Test, analyze, and implement Strata system upgrades and modifications.
- Compile and maintain system and user data documentation.
- Collaborate and investigate questions or issues with Information Technology and Analytics partners.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Strata/EPSi, EPIC, or Lawson.
- Proven proficiency in cost accounting design and methodology.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of maintaining healthcare decision support systems or SQL databases.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual compensation range of $82,000 to $111,500.

This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week. The role is based in New York, New York.
