What You'll Do
Work directly with the Chief Financial Officer to shape pricing strategies for upcoming bids, ensuring financial accuracy and market competitiveness. You'll gather and analyze cost data, develop detailed pricing frameworks, and align internal evaluations with customer submission requirements.
Collaborate with Operations and other departments to identify cost drivers and critical factors influencing pricing decisions. Facilitate review sessions with stakeholders, document key assumptions, and refine internal pricing based on feedback. Translate finalized models into structured formats required for RFP submissions.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in finance analysis or cost estimation
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation and manipulation
- Solid grasp of cost structures, margin analysis, and financial forecasting principles
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail in quantitative work
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present pricing logic to management
- Ability to manage deadlines under pressure and maintain accuracy during fast-paced cycles
- Familiarity with financial accounting standards and analytical frameworks
