Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly financial close activities, including variance analysis, forecasting, and annual planning cycles
- Provide financial and operational oversight for the Patient Support Center
- Help enhance reporting systems to track and manage critical expenses
- Develop and deploy KPI-based dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights
- Promote digital transformation by identifying automation and process improvement opportunities
- Support strategic projects, including AI-powered program reporting, business case creation, and system rollouts
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies support business goals
- Deliver financial performance updates and forecasts to senior leaders with clear, actionable insights
- Contribute to special projects, key initiatives, and other assigned tasks
