Dentsuaegis is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the CSL Behring Global Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Finance Supply Chain & Procurement, you will provide detailed financial modeling, data analytics, and strategic business collaboration to support decision-making, optimize financial performance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Conduct financial analyses to support business initiatives, including evaluating scenarios, cost optimization, and performance improvement efforts.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of key business decisions on overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and margin improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and insights.
- Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Support the financial team in various business projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends in financial analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes and analysis in global organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team with a global mindset.
- Timely decision-making and priority-setting skills.
- The ability to think through issues and execute solutions within globally integrated processes.

Nice to Have
- MBA or relevant professional certifications desirable (e.g., CMA, CPA).
