QBE is looking for a Senior Claims Officer to manage a portfolio of large and complex commercial property claims. In this role, you’ll apply your technical expertise and commitment to customer service to deliver exceptional outcomes and build trusted relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of large loss and complex commercial property claims.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear, proactive, and empathetic communication.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with brokers, customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Help drive continuous improvement across the broader claims function.
What We're Looking For
- Corporate property claims experience, including ISR (Industrial Special Risks) claims.
- A calm and resilient approach, with confidence to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to guide customers and stakeholders through complex situations.
- Solid computer skills, willingness to learn new systems, and ability to prioritise effectively.
- A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and embracing change.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and contributing to overall team performance.
