Jj is looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner Manufacturing to deliver high-quality financial analysis and decision support. This role acts as a key business partner to manufacturing operations and quality functions at our Tullamarine facility, with a primary focus on supporting production planning, operational expenditure, and product costing across site manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
What You'll Do
- Support period-end close by preparing journals, analyzing financial results and variances, resolving errors, and ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards.
- Support annual budget preparation and quarterly forecast updates for the Site, including headcount and cost centre planning, inventory forecasts, and product costing.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to Operations and Quality teams, delivering insights to support performance targets and improve decision-making.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls while collaborating with Supply Chain and Operations to enhance master data governance.
- Proactively deal with all internal and external audit queries as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification.
- 5 to 7 years of Accounting and Finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment within a global organization.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, internal controls, and business partnering.
- Broad business and finance experience supported by highly developed analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.
- Results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Inquisitive nature and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships with people at all levels.

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of standard costing concepts and exposure.
- SAP experience.
