Serve Robotics is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. As a trusted financial partner, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to help guide our business strategy within our agile and collaborative culture.

What You'll Do

Lead the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of detailed financial models and forecasts.
Perform regular variance analysis and provide insights into budget versus actual results.
Develop and maintain dynamic scenario models to assess the financial impact of business strategies.
Leverage advanced Excel/Google Sheets and ChatGPT to automate and simplify complex reporting processes.
Act as a trusted financial partner to business units, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Prepare clear, concise, and insightful financial commentary for stakeholders.
Apply solid knowledge of accounting principles to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
Proficiency in advanced Google Sheets and Excel.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Experience with scenario modeling and financial forecasting tools.
Comfort using emerging productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, scripting, workflow automation).
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Knowledge of accounting principles and a solid understanding of financial statements.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

4+ years of experience.
Experience in a tech, robotics, or fast-paced environment.
Experience with ERP tools like NetSuite.
Experience implementing FP&A planning tools (Planful, Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive).
