Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver advanced financial analysis and strategic insights that support our service delivery to Stripe. This role develops sophisticated financial models, conducts in-depth analyses, and prepares comprehensive reports to drive business decisions, serving as a key technical resource for financial interpretation and planning across global operations with particular focus on the Americas region.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Lead financial analysis for the Americas region while supporting global financial initiatives.
Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insightful variance analysis.
Conduct sophisticated cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives and service enhancements.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics across service lines.
Support budget development and forecasting processes with advanced financial modeling.
Analyze financial trends and patterns to identify risks and opportunities.
Create executive-level financial presentations and dashboards for management and client reviews.
Support contract financial management including pricing analysis and financial terms compliance.
Collaborate with regional financial analysts to ensure consistency in methodology and reporting.
Provide financial expertise for special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze service delivery costs to identify optimization opportunities.
Support the development of standardized financial processes and tools across regions.
Mentor junior financial analysts and coordinate cross-regional analytical projects.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in service industry.
Strong technical financial skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
Experience with budget development, management, and variance analysis.
Superior analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership.
Experience working in multi-region or global financial operations.
Proficiency with financial management systems and business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Finance or related field.
Professional certification in finance (e.g., CFA, CMA).
Experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or professional services industries.
Background in client-facing financial roles with experience presenting to external stakeholders.
Knowledge of contract financial management and service level agreements.
Experience with financial aspects of integrated facilities management.
Advanced skills in data visualization and financial dashboard development.
Background in process improvement and financial operational excellence.
Experience mentoring junior financial professionals.

Salary: $73,674.00 – $92,093.00 USD per year
