What You'll Do
Lead financial planning and analysis for core business units, shaping budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation processes. Collaborate with departments like Art Studio, Sales, and Marketing to assess financial impact and support strategic planning.
Design and maintain sophisticated financial models and interactive dashboards that track key metrics, uncover trends, and highlight risks or growth opportunities. Take initiative in investigating financial performance across product lines, customer segments, and initiatives to deliver actionable insights.
Drive process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions that enhance accuracy and scalability. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that inform business direction and decision-making at the highest level.
Mentor junior team members and help strengthen analytical capabilities across the finance function. Promote a culture of inquiry by asking insightful questions, digging into root causes, and translating data into clear business implications.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a scaling or high-growth environment
- Proven track record of anticipating business challenges and identifying financial improvements
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep curiosity about what drives business results
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and translating data into strategic recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software platforms
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
- Background mentoring or guiding colleagues, even informally
