Circle is hiring a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to be a key participant in our Oracle Financials implementation and guide the team via design decisions. You will partner with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and other finance systems.
What You'll Do
- Be a key participant in Oracle Financials implementation and guide the team via design decisions.
- Partner with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and other finance systems.
- Drive cross-functional stakeholders alignment for solution design.
- Document and manage testing and related approvals for changes to systems.
- Support finance teams in providing responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, working on Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules like Purchasing, Payables, Cash Management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Risk Management Cloud, and FDI reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable interfacing with all levels and across all departments within the organization.
Nice to Have
- Experience in other applications like Zip Procurement Intake and Navan Travel and Expense strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with treasury systems like Kyriba and SEC reporting applications like Workiva will be considered a strong plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range: $102,500 - $137,500
