Laba Group is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven financial insights, controlling the planning process, and collaborating with operational and financial teams to support our ambitious business goals.
What You'll Do
- Analyze plan versus actual costs, identify deviations, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Control the planning process by collecting, verifying, and consolidating budgets from all departments.
- Prepare or coordinate the preparation of comprehensive management financial reports.
- Participate in financial modeling, forecasting, and regular budget updates.
- Interact with operational teams, financial teams, and top management to clarify goals, data, and key metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Manager, Controller, or Financial Analyst.
- Confident work with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation.
- Knowledge of P&L and Cash Flow structures.
- Good understanding of management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis basics.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, think structurally, and maintain a high attention to detail.
- Direct participation in the budgeting process: collecting, verifying, and consolidating budget data.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the IT, EdTech, or Digital sectors.
- Previous work experience at a Big 4 firm.
- Work with BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience automating financial processes or working with ERP systems.
