Shape how data drives business outcomes in a high-impact role at the intersection of analytics, revenue strategy, and client engagement. As the Business Intelligence Lead, you’ll move beyond reporting to build meaningful stories from data—helping sales and account teams uncover expansion opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and demonstrate measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards that track performance and unlock growth across new and existing accounts
- Turn raw platform and customer data into clear, actionable insights that guide sales strategy, retention efforts, and executive conversations
- Develop compelling, data-backed narratives for use in sales presentations, account reviews, and strategic client discussions
- Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to answer real-time questions about usage, engagement, and business impact
- Support quarterly business reviews by delivering insightful analysis and, when needed, presenting findings directly to clients
- Work closely with Data and Design teams to ensure insights are accurate, visually effective, and easy to interpret
- Identify cross-client trends and benchmarks that reinforce competitive differentiation and strengthen market positioning
- Partner with Marketing and Leadership to transform internal data into external thought leadership and category-defining content
- Standardize how commercial metrics are defined and used across the organization to ensure consistency and clarity
- Surface key questions and emerging patterns from customer interactions to inform future analytics initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in business intelligence, revenue analytics, or insights roles within B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven ability to turn data into strategic recommendations, not just reports
- Experience building client-facing insights, dashboards, or performance frameworks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings for diverse audiences
- Track record of influencing both internal stakeholders and external clients through data
- Comfort working independently in fast-moving environments with high ownership expectations
Preferred Background
- Experience in gaming, digital platforms, compliance, or trust and safety technology
- Direct participation in executive-level client meetings or QBRs
- Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience collaborating with data engineering teams
- Ability to identify commercially relevant, defensible, and compelling data stories
- Experience developing market-facing content such as benchmark reports or insight-led campaigns
- Background in startups or scale-ups where strategy and execution go hand-in-hand
