About the Role

This position leads financial planning, reporting, and analysis for assigned business areas, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment. The role requires collaboration across departments and regions to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Manage cash flow planning and reporting
  • Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Drive process improvements in financial systems and controls
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership
  • Coordinate with tax advisors on compliance and planning
  • Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting
  • Lead special projects related to financial transformation
  • Ensure accurate revenue and cost allocation
  • Monitor key performance indicators for financial health
  • Support acquisition integration and due diligence activities
  • Train and mentor junior finance staff
  • Standardize financial reporting across business units
  • Work closely with global finance teams on alignment
  • Implement best practices in financial management
  • Track and report on capital expenditures
  • Assist in the development of executive presentations
  • Evaluate financial implications of new contracts
  • Ensure timely close of accounting periods
  • Maintain documentation for financial policies and procedures
