Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst - Support to join our team in Dalian. You will be responsible for the daily management of vendor setup and change requests for APAC countries, ensuring data integrity and adherence to policies while supporting our commitment to shaping the future of real estate.

What You'll Do

Check and approve daily vendor setup and change requests for APAC countries.
Maintain accurate vendor information, with a focus on critical bank details.
Collaborate with requesters to clarify or obtain missing data.
Strictly follow SLA timelines and defined checking points to complete requests.
Prioritize urgent requests to meet dynamic business requirements.
Ensure all requests comply with both internal and external policies.
Resolve inquiries related to vendor information and the setup process.
Coordinate with higher-level approvers on vendor setup or change requests.
Archive all related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Work with other teams to support system tests, changes, or upgrades.

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of professional financial work experience.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to manage your workload effectively to meet SLAs.
Solid Microsoft skills, with a particular emphasis on Excel proficiency.
Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes end-to-end.
A positive, careful, and patient approach to daily work, with a strong teamwork ethos.

Nice to Have

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting.
Previous vendor setup/review or process control experience.
A demonstrated availability to learn and acquire new skills through self-learning.
