As the Senior Field Marketing Manager - APJ, you will shape and execute field marketing initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. Your work will directly support pipeline growth and revenue objectives through strategic, data-driven marketing aligned with regional sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead regional field marketing strategies that align with sales targets and market opportunities
- Plan and deliver high-impact events such as executive roundtables, industry conferences, and virtual programs to engage key prospects
- Develop and manage account-based marketing campaigns focused on priority accounts in the region
- Build and manage co-marketing partnerships with technology and channel partners including cloud providers
- Use data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics platforms to measure performance, refine campaigns, and demonstrate marketing ROI
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation with a focus on APJ markets
- Proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience organizing strategic events, partner programs, and cross-market campaigns
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing analytics tools
- Strong collaboration skills with sales and marketing teams
- Based in Sydney, Australia
