Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute field marketing programs tailored to regional priorities, including signature events and roadshows, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
- Adapt digital campaigns and content for local languages, cultures, and market dynamics in close collaboration with central marketing teams
- Translate field insights into strategic recommendations for global marketing, influencing messaging, campaign design, and program rollouts
- Coordinate across ABM, product marketing, customer marketing, and digital functions to ensure integrated, high-impact campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics including account engagement, pipeline influence, and sales feedback to continuously refine tactics
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives with precision, from planning to post-event analysis
- Travel regularly across the region to support program delivery and strengthen cross-functional partnerships
What You Bring
- Minimum of 6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on field, regional, or international marketing
- Proven success in generating pipeline through events, executive engagements, and localized campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain quality under fast-moving conditions
- Experience aligning marketing efforts across multiple countries and cultures
- Ability to balance global consistency with local relevance in messaging and execution
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and event platforms such as Splash or Cvent
- Fluency in French, Portuguese, or Spanish is an asset
