Glean is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager

Shape regional marketing strategy for Canada and Latin America by working hand-in-hand with sales leadership to identify high-potential markets and accounts. This role is central to driving awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline growth through targeted, locally relevant initiatives that support broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute field marketing programs tailored to regional priorities, including signature events and roadshows, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
  • Adapt digital campaigns and content for local languages, cultures, and market dynamics in close collaboration with central marketing teams
  • Translate field insights into strategic recommendations for global marketing, influencing messaging, campaign design, and program rollouts
  • Coordinate across ABM, product marketing, customer marketing, and digital functions to ensure integrated, high-impact campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics including account engagement, pipeline influence, and sales feedback to continuously refine tactics
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives with precision, from planning to post-event analysis
  • Travel regularly across the region to support program delivery and strengthen cross-functional partnerships

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on field, regional, or international marketing
  • Proven success in generating pipeline through events, executive engagements, and localized campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain quality under fast-moving conditions
  • Experience aligning marketing efforts across multiple countries and cultures
  • Ability to balance global consistency with local relevance in messaging and execution
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and event platforms such as Splash or Cvent
  • Fluency in French, Portuguese, or Spanish is an asset

Work Environment
