Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams by offering in-depth technical knowledge of products.
- Gather and communicate customer technical needs to product development and management groups.
- Lead initiatives that drive customer adoption of technical products.
- Support the launch of new products through field-based activities and customer engagement.
- Create and distribute technical materials including design guides, system diagrams, bills of materials, briefs, best practices, and training content.
- Assist with complex system design requirements for customer deployments.
- Manage field testing efforts and collect actionable feedback on new hardware and software releases.
- Review internal documentation to build expertise on upcoming product offerings.
- Deliver on-site and virtual commissioning training and support for solar and energy storage installations.
- Work closely with customer support and field services teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Deliver technical training sessions to external clients.
- Foster strong collaboration across internal teams and maintain positive relationships with external partners.
- Adhere to and support continuous improvement in internal quality processes.
