Responsibilities
- Foster transparent communication to build trust and represent the regional team in managing client expectations
- Develop strong partnerships with site teams, vendors, and clients while aligning strategy with leadership
- Lead annual planning initiatives to achieve exceptional service delivery that surpasses client standards
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, define value propositions, and drive execution across platforms
- Lead and evaluate high-performing teams, using data insights to support continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on regional KPIs, financial performance, and portfolio results on a recurring basis
- Promote diversity and inclusion through talent development, coaching, and succession planning
- Travel to regional sites as required
