Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Senior Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the facility operations, including critical environment engineering maintenance programs, incident and crisis management, health and safety, sustainability programs, cleaning services, landscaping, pest control, and waste management among others.
  • Meet and exceed the Critical and Key performance indicators.
  • Prepare and manage the facilities Capex and Opex budget, finance performance reporting ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and relocations. Interface with Project team on major capital projects, office refresh, moves and churns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Landlords, vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services within budget.
  • Procurement and Contract administration. Ensure services are procured and delivered at right costs creating value for the client, contracts renewals are timely done.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Manage facility requests and ensure works orders are closed on time to ensure superior service delivery and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sustainability, health and safety, project, finance) to meet facilities goals and business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facilities staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Drive innovation and continuous improvement programs.
  • Prepare, submit and present periodic facilities reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in facilities management or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage commercial office facilities, preferably in financial, technology institutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong leadership, people, time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of building systems and operations, maintenance practices, and relevant regulations and codes.
  • Good project management skills with a proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Good communication skills – both written and oral in English and Korean.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management technology tools such as BMS, Work Order Management system, asset management

Nice to Have

  • Certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager, Fire Safety Manager, LEED certification) are a plus.

Team size: 3. Structure: The Senior Facilities Manager will have 2 direct reports: a facilities engineer and a facilities coordinator.

Additional Information

  • The role will require you to respond to incidents, critical alarms on 24x7 basis and work on site after office hours and weekends as and when needed to ensure business continuity.
  • The Senior Facilities Manager will locally work closely with the JLL Country Account Manager and Client representatives, Business unit admins and regional workplace functional leads on the day-to-day operations.
