Responsibilities
- Execute projects in alignment with agency standards, staying within approved budgets and timelines
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, supporting leadership in managing relationships and expectations according to agency principles
- Oversee components of events across the client portfolio, including on-site activities, staffing, reporting, and post-event follow-up
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and industry context
- Use internal systems to communicate essential documentation such as terms, purchase orders, and production timelines
- Share relevant project details promptly with team members to ensure smooth coordination
- Gain familiarity with the full range of agency capabilities and service offerings
- Contribute to financial management of projects in compliance with agency policies
- Build strong working relationships across internal multidisciplinary teams
- Leverage agency resources efficiently and appropriately
- Guide and supervise junior staff and temporary event personnel
- Negotiate event details with vendors and external partners
- Create detailed reports for clients and internal leadership outlining program execution and outcomes
- Engage in brainstorming sessions for existing and new marketing initiatives
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing activities
- Attend event advance planning meetings
- Be present on-site during event execution
- Uphold and reflect the organization’s core values in daily work
- Perform additional duties as required
