DZ PRIVATBANK is looking for a Senior Event Marketing Specialist to shape our live communications strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and conceptual advancement of event marketing, actively co-designing innovative formats that resonate with our target audiences.
What You'll Do
- Independently plan, steer, and implement sophisticated live communication events (in-person, hybrid, digital) for Private Banking clients, institutional partners, and internal employees.
- Drive the strategic and conceptual further development of event marketing and actively co-design innovative event formats.
- Develop and execute event formats based on current marketing plans, considering trends, client needs, and strategic objectives.
- Manage and coordinate external service providers and lead interdisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure reliability and professional organization for all events.
- Inspire audiences through innovative formats and maintain a clear understanding of the economic impact of our events.
- Share responsibility for software-based participant management and the success analysis of marketing and event measures.
- Evaluate, control, and conduct follow-up for all events.
- Analyze trends in event marketing and derive actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree with a focus on communication, marketing, business, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in event marketing, ideally within a financial services environment.
- Demonstrable experience in the independent conception, organization, and execution of high-quality events.
- Strong project management skills, organizational talent, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Proficient handling of digital tools and event software, along with excellent skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- Innovative drive and a passion for developing new event formats.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of French is advantageous.
