What You'll Do
Oversee end-to-end operations for expansive 365,000 sq ft expo spaces, ensuring seamless coordination of build schedules, vendor logistics, booth placements, and staffing plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including sponsors, exhibitors, internal teams, and venue partners, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the event lifecycle.
Direct the implementation of event activations with precision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, timelines, and quality standards across all operational aspects.
Manage the procurement, delivery, and setup of essential event components such as AV equipment, signage, internet infrastructure, carpeting, and booth structures.
Lead on-site teams during event setup, live days, and teardown, providing real-time guidance and support to maintain operational efficiency.
Monitor progress against deliverables, set clear expectations in advance, and quickly resolve emerging issues to minimize disruptions.
Conduct post-event reviews to gather insights, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements for future activations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing event logistics, particularly in large-scale expos or trade shows
- Proven ability to manage complex operational workflows and adapt quickly to changing conditions
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and internal teams
- Capacity to oversee multiple concurrent tasks in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to travel for extended onsite periods, including during holidays such as Thanksgiving week in Las Vegas
- Valid passport required for potential travel needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing floor plans and operational frameworks across multiple events
- Familiarity with digital event platforms used for exhibitor and attendee coordination
