Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure for racing and testing events at both internal and customer facilities, including the operations control center, ensuring reliable and high-performance systems.
- Offer direct technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, and keep comprehensive records and instructional materials.
- Take ownership of and assist with IT initiatives for on-track and control room setups, including deploying security measures.
- Manage shipping logistics for equipment via air and sea, oversee CARNET documentation, and coordinate equipment return cycles.
- Collaborate with external vendors to oversee on-site technical installations and resolve any arising technical challenges.
- Participate in operational meetings, document meeting outcomes, and facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

- Must be available to travel globally for races, testing sessions, filming days, and related events.
- Includes pre-event setup, on-site technical assistance, sea freight coordination, and post-event system recovery.
- Requires travel and work during active race periods.
- Prior experience managing CARNETs for international equipment transport is mandatory.
