What You'll Do
Work closely with account teams to assess customer network environments, evaluating current technologies, deployment models, and operational maturity. Serve as a technical advisor to clients, engaging with IT leadership including CIOs and CTOs to understand business goals and align infrastructure strategies accordingly.
Design customized data center and network solutions that meet both technical requirements and budget constraints. Lead product demonstrations, technical workshops, and customer briefings to clarify capabilities and value. Support sales teams through hands-on training on network technologies, solution positioning, and competitive differentiators.
Collaborate with OEMs and technology partners to maintain up-to-date expertise on product roadmaps and integration scenarios. Help shape go-to-market strategies by identifying emerging opportunities across networking, cloud, security, and collaboration domains. Manage the technical pipeline by guiding pursuit strategies for high-potential accounts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of network infrastructure, including routing and switching, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, virtual networking, secure access, and network visibility
- At least two years of hands-on experience with Cisco networking products such as switches, routers, wireless systems, Nexus, and Meraki, plus familiarity with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW)
- Proven ability to translate technical features into business outcomes during customer engagements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel for partner, customer, and company events as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of networking solutions from Aruba, Juniper, HPE, or Arista
- Experience with software-defined architectures including SDDC, SD-WAN, SASE, and SSE
- Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, or ACSP
