Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with clients to convert legacy systems, spreadsheets, and planning challenges into advanced, multi-dimensional planning models
- Gather and document business needs and requirements accurately
- Design and develop tailored planning applications based on client specifications
- Conduct training sessions and co-develop solutions with clients to ensure long-term independence
- Support or lead user acceptance testing and oversee deployment activities
- Integrate source systems and implement data migration tools using APIs and connectors
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal product teams to guide platform development
- Lead initiatives across departments to refine and enhance planning methodologies and operational processes
