Join Medtronic as a Senior EP Mapping Specialist to transform lives through advanced medical technology. In this remote role based in the Gainesville, FL territory, you will work alongside clinicians, engineers, and physicians to execute mapping solutions for cardiac and electrophysiological systems, impacting global healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products.
- Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
- Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
- Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff.
- Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory, with potential overnight travel.
Nice to Have
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or hospital/clinic providing technical or clinical support.
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.
