Lead clinical and technical expertise for the AffERA™ Mapping and Ablation System within electrophysiology labs across Türkiye. In this role, you'll work directly with physicians and lab staff to ensure optimal use of the system, including generators, software features, pumps, and associated accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on clinical and technical guidance during ablation procedures, ensuring safe and effective system utilization
- Act as a primary technical resource, conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting support in real time
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product deployment strategies and adoption plans
- Contribute to the development of training programs and support the establishment of certified training centers
- Analyze competitive offerings and market trends to inform strategic positioning
- Stay current with evolving clinical protocols, Medtronic CAS portfolio updates, and scientific literature
- Support new site activations by aligning product implementation with specific clinical needs
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical or medical engineering, or a related scientific field, or demonstrate equivalent experience. A minimum of three years of clinical EP experience is required, with at least two years actively supporting EP mapping procedures independently.
Essential skills include strong problem-solving under pressure, effective knowledge sharing, and responsiveness to clinical and operational demands. A valid driving license is mandatory. IBHRE certification or fluency in English and other European languages is preferred.
Work Environment
This position operates locally across major cities in Türkiye, including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Edirne, Kayseri, Konya, Diyarbakır, Samsun, and Trabzon. The role offers flexible scheduling to meet clinical demands.
