GVW GROUP, LLC is hiring a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Human Resources, and the Power Platform suite.
  • Lead technical planning workshops, create detailed solution designs, and supervise implementation execution by technical teams.
  • Develop integration approaches between enterprise systems and external platforms such as Teamcenter, Supplier Portal, and Boomi using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and RESTful APIs.
  • Enforce standards in data management, system security, and application performance to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
  • Partner with business units to understand functional needs and convert them into robust, future-ready technical architectures.
  • Champion the use of new Microsoft capabilities and platform updates, aligning adoption with long-term strategic direction.
  • Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines, environment setup, and structured release processes.
  • Apply Microsoft's Success by Design framework and adhere to ALM practices using LCS, Power Platform Admin Center, and Azure DevOps.
  • Design and manage AI-driven automation solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and multi-agent coordination frameworks.
  • Implement safeguards for AI usage, including prompt validation, content safety checks, and monitoring of system behavior.
  • Establish measurable KPIs to track business value delivered by AI-powered workflows and automation.
  • Coordinate with data science and AI teams on model deployment, performance assessment, and ethical AI implementation.
