Phiture is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact, consultant, and advocate for several of our largest global enterprise clients. You'll manage and grow these high-value partnerships, ensuring client success while driving revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global enterprise brands, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- Build and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships that drive both client success and revenue growth.
- Act as a strategic consultant to clients, offering expert guidance on eCommerce best practices, performance optimization, and the Pacvue software suite.
- Analyze client data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Partner with clients on joint strategy sessions, presenting data-driven recommendations and ensuring the execution of effective eCommerce strategies.
- Identify areas for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to advocate for client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that align client objectives with Pacvue’s product roadmap and strategic vision.
- Regularly track and report on client performance, providing analysis and actionable recommendations to drive improved results.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client success, using data insights to proactively suggest adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to executive-level audiences, influencing decisions and securing buy-in on new strategies.
- Effectively negotiate and sign contracts for renewals or expansion opportunities within your book of business.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in an Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting role.
- Proven experience working with large, global enterprise clients and managing high-stakes partnerships.
- Experience with assigned Sales or Revenue targets, and the proven ability to consistently meet and exceed goals.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence executive-level audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
- A strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth and continuously improve client outcomes.
- Comfortable with change and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in eCommerce, digital advertising, or SaaS.
Team & Environment

- Compensation: $155-$180k OTE (On-Target Earnings).
