About the Role

ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Manufacturing to generate new business sales revenue from our SaaS license model for the Manufacturing vertical across the EMEA region. In this role, you will accomplish this through account and territory planning, researching prospects, employing business development strategies, and completing field-based sales activities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
  • Identify the right specialist and support resources to bring into a deal at the optimal time.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
  • A consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and strategic IT plans.
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

You will lead across a broad virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.
