Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives such as CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and CDOs across all product lines.
- Map client stakeholders to internal teams and coordinate a unified account strategy using a virtual team structure.
- Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer business goals and recommending technology solutions to support their IT evolution.
- Determine and engage the appropriate specialist or support resources at critical stages of the sales cycle to maximize deal success.
