About the Role

Drive enterprise sales growth across the Asia-Pacific region by building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, and guiding clients through complex sales cycles for workflow automation technology.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities in APAC markets
  • Engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to contract closure
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solution demonstrations
  • Develop account strategies for high-value target organizations
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
  • Stay current on regional market trends and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with marketing to adapt campaigns for local relevance
  • Provide customer feedback to product teams
  • Ensure smooth handover of new accounts to customer success teams
  • Comply with sales policies and contractual standards
  • Manage travel across APAC territories as needed
  • Support reference program development with satisfied clients
  • Drive renewal and expansion conversations with existing accounts
  • Participate in global sales initiatives and training
  • Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress
