IonQ is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive - AI Native and CSP

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Infrastructure, and Heads of AI Research at Neocloud providers, HPC centers, and Hyperscalers.
  • Create a sales pipeline centered on Hybrid Quantum-Classical systems by embedding quantum hardware within current AI and Exascale computing environments.
  • Drive sales of Quantum Networking offerings, with a focus on 'Quantum-Safe' data center links and protected model training setups.
  • Evaluate potential deals for technical viability, financial merit, and alignment with strategic goals in the AI and high-performance computing sectors.
  • Manage the full sales process, from early technical discussions to responding to government and private RFPs, through to contract closing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across the organization to advance high-value sales opportunities at every stage.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams after deal completion to maintain client satisfaction, support renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities.

Compensation

The approximate OTE range for this position is $363,200 - $476,700. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, and equity.
